Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. During this period, we verify item availability and prepare your order for shipment.

2. Shipping Regions & Fees

  • United States: We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders.
  • Canada & International: Shipping fees are not covered and will be calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight. Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 7–10 calendar days from the date your order is processed.
  • Extended Delivery: For select items or destinations, delivery may take 8–12 business days.

4. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (or in your customer account). Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Address Accuracy

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or appears lost, contact our customer support. We’ll work with the carrier to locate the shipment or arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
